“Dance Floor of Democracy” is a project that highlights the role of nightlife in society – a time and space where democratic dialogue, a sense of community and inclusive forms of communication can emerge. Clubs provide an environment where different cultures and people can meet, interact and express themselves creatively. They are spaces where artistic freedom, self-discovery and collective creative processes can flourish in a safe atmosphere.

On 9 October 2026, a conference and club night programme focusing on nightlife will take place at HALL. In addition to representatives of the music sector, the programme will bring together cultural policymakers to jointly explore solutions for making music events more sustainable and accessible, examine queer culture, and discuss club culture in rural areas.

Music Estonia’s Director, Ave Sophia Demelemester, will participate in the panel discussion at 14:45.
